Return and refund policy

Token Supply products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect size selection, or preference changes.

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or incorrect, email jason@5os.io within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. If approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Please review product descriptions and size guides carefully before ordering. Do not return an item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns might not be accepted.

Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible, but cancellation isn’t guaranteed after an order has entered production.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider might require additional time to post the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits rights available under applicable consumer law.
