Shipping policy

Token Supply products are made to order. Orders require production before shipment, and production time is separate from transit time.

Shipping charges and available services are displayed at checkout based on the destination and products ordered. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and can be affected by production volume, carriers, customs processing, weather, holidays, or incorrect address information.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, handling charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout explicitly states that these charges were collected in advance.

Some orders may arrive in multiple packages because products can be produced or shipped from different facilities. Tracking information is emailed when available.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact jason@5os.io immediately if an address needs correction. Changes aren’t guaranteed after production or shipment begins.

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, a package arrives damaged, or an order appears lost, contact jason@5os.io with the order number.
